TERMS and CONDITIONS :
* Age limit : 18 years and above.
* Rights of admission reserved, even to valid ticket holders.
* Physical ticket will be issued at the venue Box Office on the day of the event in exchange for your E-ticket purchase confirmation from NewYearGala. Please carry valid Photo ID for verification of the ticket holder name along with your E-ticket print out.
* We only issue wristbands at the Box office and they are put on you by our staff. If anyone offers to sell you a wristband outside of the event gates, you can be certain it is counterfeit.
* No refund on a purchased ticket is possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
* Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
* Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets.
* Organizers reserve the right to perform security checks on Invitees/Members of the audience at the Entry point for security reasons.
* Artist programming and line-up is subject to change during the event.
* Any misbehavior and taking photos of other Invitees without their permission is strictly prohibited; and will be handed over to police.
* As a condition of entry to the venue, you agree that the creation, storage or use of any data or any such recordings for any form of public advertisement, display, commercial profit or for any other purpose (except for your private enjoyment) is not permitted without prior written permission from the Management.
* Any damage caused by an individual to public, property or any element in or around the hotel premises, is liable to compensate accordingly to the organizers after assessment of the damage.
* Possession of liquids, alcohol, and banned substances including outside food will not be permitted at the event.
* Consumption and possession of narcotics is strictly prohibited and those found possessing or consuming narcotics at the event will be immediately handed over to anti-narcotics police.
* The sponsors/organizers/management are not responsible for, including but not limited to any injury or damage that may occur during or at the event.
* No liability or claims that may arise due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink or any other consumption will be entertained by the management.
* Parking near or at the event premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner.
* You shall not use or display within the venue any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials unless authorized by written confirmation from fe Magazin.
* The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder`s appearance on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating here to without any further approval of yours.
* The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the venue.
* Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check your total amount before payment.
* Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue to pick up your physical tickets.
